DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Aufbau, Organisation und Betreuung eines Service-Pools mit über 500 Service- und Küchenmitarbeitenden

* Erstellung und Koordination der Schichtplanung sowie Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Personalbesetzung unter Berücksichtigung der Verfügbarkeiten

* Durchführung administrativer Personalaufgaben, einschließlich Pflege der Personaldaten, Unterstützung bei Ein- und Austritten sowie Verwaltung von Verträgen und Personaldokumenten

* Kontrolle und Erfassung der Arbeitszeiten, Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen und Vorbereitung der Lohnverrechnung

* Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Bewältigung kurzfristiger Personalausfälle und personeller Engpässe

* Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Personaladministration, idealerweise in der Gastronomie

* Zuverlässige, belastbare und einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität

* Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg_innen sowie an der Betreuung von Service- und Küchenmitarbeitenden

* Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und Freude am direkten Umgang mit Menschen
