Unsere Lounges am Flughafen Wien Schwechat laden Reisende mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten zum Verweilen im Genussland Österreich ein - mit den Austrian dishes erzählen wir dabei Geschichten vom kulinarischen Erbe; von echten, hochwertigen Produkten, die auf reine Qualität setzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wien suchen wir 1 Executive Head Chef (all genders) Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Organisation und selbstständige Führung der Küchen sowie Leitung des Küchenteams

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche sicherzustellen

* Einhaltung und Sicherstellung aller gängigen Vorschriften und Standards (z.B. HACCP, FIFO, Arbeitnehmerschutzgesetz)

* Warenwirtschaft (Überprüfung der Wareneinsätze, Bestellung, Warenannahme, Inventur)

* Unterstützung bei Rezepturen und Kalkulation des Speisenangebotes sowie gestalltung der Menü- und Speisenplanung

* Überwachung und Einteilung der Produktion- und Speisenausgabe

* Erstellung von Dienstplänen, Urlaubskoordination und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Schichtbetrieb

Das bringst du mit

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

* Erfahrung gehobene Küche auf Hauben Niveau

* Erfahrung in leitender Position, idealerweise in Großküche /Catering-Umfeld

* Fähigkeit, große Teams zu führen, zu motivieren und strukturiert zu arbeiten

* Hoher Anspruch an Präsentation, Prozesse und Einhaltung von Standards

* Sicher im Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Kostenkontrolle und effizientem Wareneinsatz

* Stressresistent, hands-on Mentalität und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
