Zur Verstärkung des Teams sucht das LKH Graz II für den Standort West eine_n 1 Expertin*Experte für die Stabsstelle Qualitätsmanagement/ Risikomanagement Ihre Arbeitswelt

Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches und verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit folgenden Tätigkeiten:

* QM/RM-Tätigkeiten lt. Jahresplan

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von QM-Projekten sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Aufbereitung von Analysen zu diversen Schwerpunktthemen

* QM-Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Brustgesundheitszentrums Graz II

* Organisation und Moderation von Workshops, Arbeitsgruppensitzungen und Qualitätszirkeln

* Organisation und Begleitung von Prozessworkshops inkl. Modellierung

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Feedbacks

* Dokumentenmanagement/-lenkung

Ihr Profil

Fachlich

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (abgeschlossenes Studium im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Qualitäts- Prozess- und Risikomanagementsystem oder eine qualitativ gleichwertige Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)

* Praktische Erfahrungen im Qualitäts- Prozess- und Projektmanagement

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations- und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen

* Erfahrungen im Krankenhaus bzw. gute Kenntnisse der Organisationsabläufe im Krankenhausbereich wünschenswert

* Interesse an Qualität, Sicherheit und Prozessoptimierung im Gesundheitswesen

* Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* Verständnis für die Herausforderungen und Abläufe im Gesundheitswesen

Standortflexibilität innerhalb des Verbundes

* Führerschein Klasse B

SIII/N06 (mind. € 2.848,10 monatlich bzw. € 39.873,40 Jahresbrutto auf Basis Vollzeit)

Erfahrung im Beruf wird ggf. durch die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten und einer damit

verbundenen höheren Einstufung im Schema berücksichtigt.
