Aufgabenbereich

* Strategische Maßnahmenplanung zur Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme medizinischer Ausstattung inkl. Software und Vernetzung

* Erarbeitung einer Roadmap aller relevanten Investitionen im Bereich Medizintechnologie

* Erstellung sämtlicher technischer Unterlagen für Vergabeverfahren (technische Leistungsverzeichnisse) und Begleitung der Vergabeprozesse als technische/r Verantwortliche/r

* Eigenständige Ermittlung und Verhandlung der budgetären Rahmenbedingungen mit den fachlichen AnsprechpartnerInnen

* Abklärung der spezifischen Anforderungen für mit den Klinik-/ und Institutsleitungen

* Selbständige Aufbereitung der Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Investitionsvorhaben

* Termin und Kostenkontrolle

Fachliche Anforderungen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsstudium (Bachelor, Master oder DI) der Bereiche Informatik, Healthcare IT, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar ODER

* erfolgreicher Abschluss (mit Reifeprüfung) einer berufsbildenden höheren Schule mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar UND ungefähr 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Unterstützung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen durch moderne IT-Systeme

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und logisch als Anforderung zu formulieren (z.B. im Rahmen der Erstellung von Lasten-/Pflichtenheften)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, mind. Niveau C1

* Erfahrung bei Beschaffungsvorgängen im Zusammenhang mit dem Bundesvergabegesetz

* Kenntnis der Aspekte von Systemintegration medizinischer Geräte und deren Applikationen in bestehende IT-Umgebungen

Gehalt gemäß Landesbediensteten-Gehaltsgesetz

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt 5.001,00 EUR brutto auf Basis Vollzeit (14 x jährlich). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich unter Berücksichtigung der facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten.
