Einsatzort: Kirchdorf Teilzeit flexible Dienstzeiten

R&S Medical sucht für einen Partnerbetrieb in Kirchdorf eine engagierte, einfühlsame und flexible Persönlichkeit als Fachsozialbetreuer Altenarbeit (FSBA) zur Unterstützung einer Wohngruppe für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung.

In der Wohngruppe stehen 8 Dauerwohnplätze zur Verfügung. Die Bewohner erhalten dauerhafte Begleitung und Unterstützung bei einer möglichst selbständigen, eigenverantwortlichen und selbstbestimmten Lebensführung. Notwendige pflegerische Leistungen werden in der Wohngruppe sichergestellt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Begleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner im Alltag

- Unterstützung bei einer möglichst selbständigen und selbstbestimmten Lebensführung

- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege und bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten

- Durchführung von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der jeweiligen Ausbildung und gesetzlichen Kompetenzen

- Förderung der individuellen Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen der Bewohner

- Wahrnehmung und Beobachtung der Bedürfnisse und des Wohlbefindens

- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung eines wertschätzenden und sicheren Wohnumfeldes

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden Betreuungs- und Pflegeteam

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer_in Altenarbeit (FSBA)

- Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Führerschein der Klasse B unbedingt erforderlich

- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und einen wertschätzenden Umgang

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

- Flexible Arbeitszeiten

Die Dienstzeiten sind flexibel und finden überwiegend am Nachmittag und Abend statt.

Da eine kontinuierliche Betreuung gewährleistet werden muss, sind Vormittagsdienste bei Bedarf ebenfalls möglich, insbesondere an Wochenenden oder bei Krankheitsfall.
