Unser Partner ist eine spezialisierte neurologische und pneumologische Rehabilitationsklinik in Enns, Oberösterreich, mit Langzeitbeatmungsbetten. 1 Facharzt/ärztin - Oberarzt/ärztin für Neurologie Zwei Positionen sind offen, als Fachärzt:in oder Oberärzt:in, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Gesucht wird Verstärkung für die Abteilung Neurologie mit 3 Neurolog:innen im Team. Persönliche und familiäre Erfordernisse sind in der Dienstplanung berücksichtigbar.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 40 Stunden/Woche oder Teilzeit 20 Stunden/Woche; Nacht- und Wochenenddienste laut Dienstplan, persönliche und familiäre Erfordernisse berücksichtigbar

Vergütung: Fachärzt:in ab € 95.000 brutto/Jahr ohne Dienste, Oberärzt:in ab € 110.000 brutto/Jahr ohne Dienste; bei 40 Stunden/Woche inklusive 2 Diensten pro Monat bis zu € 120.000 brutto/Jahr

Ihre Aufgaben

* Neurologische Betreuung und Behandlung von Rehabilitationspatient:innen

* Fachärztliche Visiten und Patientenaufklärung

* Sichtung und Freigabe von Reha-Anträgen

* Arbeit im multidisziplinären Team

* Behandlung von Schlaganfall, Parkinson, MS, Polyneuropathie, Post-Covid und weiteren neurologischen Erkrankungen

* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und evidenzbasierte Medizin

* Zusätzlich als Oberärzt:in: Vertretung der Abteilungsleitung und Supervision der Allgemeinmediziner:innen

* Zusätzlich als Oberärzt:in: Leitung des interdisziplinären Rehabilitationsteams, Dienstplangestaltung, organisatorische Mitgestaltung und Kommissionsteilnahme

* Zusätzlich als Oberärzt:in: Mitwirkung bei Teamprozessen und Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung Neurologie

* Österreichische Approbation und Eintragung in die Ärzteliste der Österreichischen Ärztekammer, alternativ ausländischer Abschluss mit bereits vollständig abgeschlossener Nostrifikation in Österreich

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten sowie Rufbereitschaft

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in neurologischer Rehabilitation und mit MS-Patient:innen

* Von Vorteil: Elektrophysiologische Ausbildung (EEG- und ENG/EMG-Zertifikat)

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Sonographie hirnversorgender Gefäße und in der FEES-Untersuchung

* Von Vorteil: Interesse an der Führung des interdisziplinären Reha-Teams (für Oberärzt:innen)
