Wir suchen 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in Behindertenarbeit für das Seniorenwohnhaus Schloss Hall als Aktivteammitarbeiter_in Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

* Pflege und Betreuung von älteren Menschen nach dem Pflegekonzept der Mäeutik und unter Berücksichtigung ihrer speziellen Bedürfnisse

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten Professionen

* Mitarbeit im "Aktivteam", Planung und Durchführung von Aktivierungen und Betreuungen für unsere Bewohner_innen mit angeborenen oder erworbenen Beeinträchtigungen, gestalten von Festen und Ausflügen

Dein Profil:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur*zum Fachsozialbetreuer_in für Behindertenarbeit entsprechend dem OÖ. Sozialberufegesetz

* Einfühlungsvermögen und wertschätzender Umgang

* Initiatives Handeln, Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten und Nachtdiensten

* Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Spaß am Organisieren von jeglicher Art von Aktivierungen, wie z.B.: Gedächtnistrainings, Gruppenaktivitäten, Bewegungstherapien, Ausflügen und Festen

* hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation aber auch hohe Kompetenz zum kooperativen Arbeiten im Aktivteam

Das kollektivvertr. Mindestentgelt beträgt je nach Berufserfahrung und Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten € 2.868 bis € 3.266 brutto bei Vollbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden). Je nach Verwendung werden Zulagen bezahlt.
