Wir suchen 1 FH-Pflichtpraktikant_in für den Bereich Personalentwicklung

Startdatum der Ausschreibung: 22.09.26

Wir brauchen dich für:

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsaufgaben

* Unterstützung und gegebenenfalls eigenständige Übernahme/Konzeption von Projekten

* Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen: Messebesuche, Erstellen von Personalmarketing-Material

* Organisation und Administration von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

* Trainingsmanagement, Seminarverrechnung

* Übernahme des Bestellprozesses inklusive Rechnungsabwicklung

* Erstellung von statistischen Auswertungen

Das bringst du mit:

* Du studierst an einer Hochschule, wo ein Pflichtpraktikum vorgesehen ist und hast Interesse an Personalentwicklung

* Du verfügst über MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Power Point), Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil

* Dich zeichnet eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus, du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und arbeitest teamorientiert

* Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Zusatzinformation:

Wir bieten dir ein spannendes ca. 6-monatiges Praktikum in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Es gilt eine monatliche Vergütung von EUR 1.692,31 lt. KV. Der Standort Leopoldsdorf liegt nur eine halbe Stunde vom Reumannplatz entfernt und ist mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen.
