Juwelier Filialen und des Onlineshops beschäftigen sich täglich mit den schönen Dingen des Lebens.

Für unsere Filiale in 1070 Wien, Mariahilfer Straße suchen wir Sie als Verstärkung im Ausmaß von 38,5 Stunden/Woche als: 1 Filialleiter/in Was Sie in dieser Führungsposition erwartet:

* Sie motivieren, fördern und koordinieren Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen

* Sie führen die Filiale betriebswirtschaftlich und organisatorisch in den Bereichen Juwelier und Pfand

* Sie verstehen es, Ihre Kund:innen mit Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz zu beraten und zu begeistern

* Sie gestalten Ihre Warensortimente durch Disposition und Lagermanagement mit

* Sie geben Ziele vor und verstehen es, Kennzahlen zu interpretieren und in erfolgreiche Maßnahmen überzuleiten

* Es ist für Sie selbstverständlich, dass gesetzliche und interne Rahmenbedingungen eingehalten werden

Sie überzeugen durch:

* eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder fachspezifische Ausbildung (Schmuck/Uhren)

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im gehobenen Einzelhandel

* sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten

* einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Warenwirtschaftskenntnisse wünschenswert

* erfolgs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Handeln

* Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
