In unserer Backstube und unserem Café in Traun verbinden sich herzliche Gastrfreundschaft und Genuss unter einem Dach. Als Filialleitung führst du dein Team mit Verantwortung und Herz. Mit deiner offenen Art begeisterst du unsere Gäste und motivierst dein Team. Dabei behältst du stets die Wünsche unserer Gäste im Blick. 1 Filialleitung Backstube und Cafe (m/w/d)

Wir bieten

* Vollzeitstelle ab sofort, Backstube und Café Traun, Kremstalstraße 113, 4050 Traun

* Arbeitszeiten in der Zeit von Montag bis Samstag von 04:00 bis 18:30 Uhr sowie am Sonn- und Feiertag von 03:30 bis 17:30 Uhr, keine Teildienste

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie

* Gastronomiemanagement

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gastronomie Voraussetzung, zusätzliche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lebensmitteleinzelhandel/Bäckerei von Vorteil

* Selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit Fokus auf Gästezufriedenheit und hohem Qualitätsanspruch

* Freundliche Führungspersönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent

* Bereitschaft zu Früh-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Erfahrung in der Filialleitung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie zur Gästebetreuung

Deine Aufgaben

* Wirtschaftliche Leitung der Filiale: Du behältst Kosten, Umsatz und Warenbestand im Blick und sorgst für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Filiale.

* Mitarbeiterplanung und -führung: Du erstellst die Dienstpläne, führst dein Team und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei ihrer Entwicklung.

* Warenwirtschaft: Du bestellst die benötigten Produkte, nimmst die Lieferungen entgegen und prüfst sie auf Menge und Qualität.

* Service und Gästebetreuung: Du begrüßt unserer Gäste herzlich und berätst sie aufmerksam zu unserem hochwertigen Angebot, damit sie mit Freude wiederkommen.

* Backhandwerk, Produktpräsenation und Fachberatung: Du stellst unsere Backwaren her und verfeinerst sie handwerklich mit viel Sorgfalt. Im Verkauf präsentierst du sie ansprechend und berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden fachlich kompetent.

* Einhaltung Richtlinien: Du hältst die Lebensmittelsicherheitsrichtlinien sowie unsere internen Haubis-Hygienerichtlinien ein und sorgst für Sauberkeit auf den Tischen.
