Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreiches österreichisches Handelsunternehmen mit einem vielseitigen Sortiment. Für den Standort in Bruck an der Mur suchen wir eine engagierte Filialleitung (m/w/d), die Verantwortung übernimmt, Abläufe strukturiert und im täglichen Geschäft selbst aktiv mitarbeitet.

In dieser Position sind Sie für die personelle, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Führung der Filiale verantwortlich. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft, schaffen ein ansprechendes Einkaufserlebnis für die Kundinnen und Kunden und behalten die Ergebnisziele im Blick.

Das Jahresbruttogehalt startet bei EUR 56.000. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Eine variable Komponente bei Zielerreichung rundet das attraktive Vergütungspaket ab.

Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die personelle, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Führung des Filialstandortes

* Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts mit Verantwortung für Umsatz und Ergebnis

* Führung, Motivation und laufendes Coaching der Mitarbeitenden

* Umsetzung des Flächenmanagements sowie Sicherstellung eines ansprechenden Merchandisings

* Vorleben einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung und Schaffung eines positiven Einkaufserlebnisses

* Laufende Optimierung und Mitgestaltung der Arbeitsabläufe im Filialbetrieb

Anforderungsprofil

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

* Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Handel und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kundinnen und Kunden

* Umsetzungs- und Entscheidungsstärke sowie organisatorisches Talent

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV Anwendungen
