Für eine öffentliche Institution im Bezirk Völkermarkt wird gesucht: 1 Finanzverwalter_in Aufgabenbereich:

* Eigenständige Führung der Finanzverwaltung einschließlich Buchhaltung gemäß VRV 2015

* Erstellung des Voranschlags, des Rechnungsabschlusses sowie der mittelfristigen Finanzplanung und der Finanzierungspläne

* Abrechnung der gemeindeeigenen Betriebe

* Verwaltung des Gemeindevermögens und Betreuung der Darlehen

* Beantragung und Bearbeitung von Förderungen

* Organisation des gemeindeeigenen Abgaben- und Gebührenwesens

* Sachbearbeitung und Protokollführung für Ausschüsse sowie allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura) oder

* kaufmännische Lehre/Mittlere Schule mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Bürobereich

* Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen

* Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft

Von Vorteil:

* Abgelegte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzverwaltung inklusive Erfahrung in budgetären Prozessen

* Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst

* K-GMG Stellenwert 45 min. € 3.900,02 brutto
