Von der Personalauswahl über Feedbackgespräche, bis hin zu Trainings, schaffst du die Voraussetzungen für individuelle Entwicklung, Motivation und langfristigen Teamerfolg * Du stellst eine konstant hohe Produkt- und Servicequalität sicher, behältst die Gästezufriedenheit im Fokus und sorgst für die konsequente Einhaltung betrieblicher Standards sowie aller relevanten Richtlinien, insbesondere HACCP-Vorgaben * Du analysierst und optimierst operative Abläufe, entwickelst bestehende Standards kontinuierlich weiter und erstellst sowie aktualisierst SOPs, Handbücher und Arbeitsanweisungen.
