Der Reinhalteverband Wallersee-Süd sorgt gemeinsam mit seinen Mitgliedsgemeinden Eugendorf, Henndorf am Wallersee und Seekirchen am Wallersee für die geordnete Ableitung und Reinigung der Abwässer in der Region und trägt damit wesentlich zum Gewässerschutz und zur Lebensqualität um den Wallersee bei. Sie übernehmen die technische und kaufmännische Leitung des Verbands und führen ein Team von 8 Mitarbeitenden. 1 Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Technische Leitung des Betriebs der Verbandsanlagen (Kläranlage, Pumpstationen, Kanalnetz)

* Kaufmännische und administrative Leitung sowie Personalführung

* Vertretung des Verbands nach außen und Wahrung seiner Interessen in technischer, kaufmännischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht

* Auftrags- und Vergabemanagement

* Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur laufenden Optimierung der Verbandsanlagen

* Abstimmung von Entsorgungsverträgen gemäß Indirekteinleiterverordnung

* Erstellung von Rechnungsvoranschlag und Rechnungsabschluss, Verwaltung des Verbandsvermögens

* Unterstützung der Verbandsorgane und Organisation der Gremienarbeit

* Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitgliedsgemeinden (Gemeindeamt, Bauverwaltung, Wassermeister)

Ihr Profil

* Höhere technische Ausbildung, mindestens HTL, FH, Universität oder Meisterprüfung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise einschlägig

* Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement

* Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Kooperationsbereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Partnern

* Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Führerschein der Gruppe B

Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im Wasserrecht sowie im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Erfahrung im Kanal- und Kläranlagenbetrieb oder in artverwandten Berufsfeldern, Wohnort im Verbandsgebiet
