* Planung, Betreuung und Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, etc)

* Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen, Wettbewerbsanalysen und Performance-Auswertungen

* Reportings samt Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

* SEO-GAIO-Maßnahmen OnPage/OffPage: Seitenstrukturen optimieren, Meta-Daten, Content-Briefings,

Indexierung prüfen, Nutzerfreundlichkeit, etc. - nach dem Prinzip Your Money Your Life !

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Web-Programmierer, um technische SEO-Anforderungen umzusetzen

* Unterstützung bei META-Ads/META Werbekonto-Betreuung, Abstimmung div. Kampagnen mit dem Marketing

ERFORDERLICHE KENNTNISSE & SKILLS

* Erfahrung mit Google Ads und YMYL - idealerweise im Gesundheitsbereich

* Know-how in SEO, SEA, GAIO

* Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Textierung vom Kampagnen)

* Verständnis für Web-Analytik (Google Analytics/Tag Manager)

* Fähigkeit, Kampagnen zielgerichtet zu erstellen und zu steuern (CPC, Conversions etc.)

* Grundkenntnisse in HTML / CMS-Systemen

* Analytisches Denken & Freude an Performance-Optimierung

* Strukturierte, genaue, eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für sensible Daten !

* Wünschenswert ist das Interesse an Traditioneller Europäischer Medizin
