Aktuell suchen wir eine*n 1 Haustechniker/in oder Servicetechniker/in für Haustechnik/Gebäudetechnik Vollzeit mit Bereitschaftsdiensten

DEINE AUFGABEN IM RAHMEN DER HAUSTECHNIK:

* Haustechnik-Allrounder_in

* Führen des Haustechnik-Teams (3 MA)

* Koordination und Durchführung sämtlicher Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten am /im Gebäude

* Betreuung sämtlicher technischer Anlagen (HKLS / Heizung-Lüftung-Klima-Sanitär)

* Betreuung der Brandschutzeinrichtungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämltlicher Auflagen der Arbeitssicherheit

* Betreuung der Außenanlagen

* Betreuung Fuhrpark

* Schnittstelle zu anderen Bereichen

* Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten

* Koordination und Betreuung von Partnerfirmen

* Führen von Dokumentationen

* Koordination von sämtlichen Unterstützungs-arbeiten (Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Botendienste, Allfälliges,...)

* Bereitschaftsdienste

Erfahrung:

Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und Lust an Bewegung

Sprachen:

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse für eine problemlose mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit den Teammitgliedern, innerhalb des Betriebs und externen Firmen.

* plus: Englisch B2 hilfreich aber nicht zwingend
