Leiten Sie die digitale Zukunft - international, strategisch und mit echter Wirkung! Unser Kunde ist ein renommiertes, international erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit Sitz im Raum Perg, welches aktuell zur Verstärkung des IT-Teams eine:n Head of IT sucht.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Strategie, IT-Organisation und IT-Infrastruktur

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Teams

* Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten (z. B. ERP, Produktions-IT, Datenintegration)

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs inklusive Netzwerke, Server, Cloud-Services und Applikationen

* Verantwortung für IT-Security, Datenschutz und Compliance

* Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systemlandschaft in Produktion, Logistik und Verwaltung

* Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Technologiepartner

* Budgetverantwortung sowie Investitionsplanung im IT-Bereich

* Beratung der Geschäftsführung in technologischen und strategischen IT-Fragen

* Implementierung moderner Lösungen in Bereichen wie Industrie-IT, Automatisierung,

* Datenanalyse und Prozessdigitalisierung

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Head of IT, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld

* Berufserfahrung in der Einführung neuer ERP Software

* Tiefgehendes Verständnis aktueller IT-Technologien

* Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und strategisches Denkvermögen

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20 %)

Arbeitszeiten

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Mo-Fr mit Gleizeitmodell
