IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HKLS oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Kenntnisse in der Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik

* Erfahrung in der Planung und Projektabwicklung von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD, Plancal oder vergleichbaren Planungstools

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Kenntnisse in ABK und/oder Sphinxx von Vorteil

* Technisches sowie kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeis

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

* Technische Planung, Ausarbeitung und Abwicklung von HKLS-Projekten

* Erstellung von Ausführungs-, Detail-, Bestands- und Montageplänen mittels CAD

* Dimensionierung und Auslegung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen

* Technische und kaufmännische Kalkulation sowie Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

* Materialdisposition, Beschaffung und Bestellabwicklung

* Einholung und Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten

* Koordination von Kund_innen, Lieferant_innen, Montagepersonal und Nachunternehmern

* Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

* Unterstützung und Koordination des Montageteams

* Rechnungslegung, Projektabrechnung und Projektdokumentation

* Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen und Wartungskoordinationen

* Laufende Kund_innenbetreuung während der Projektabwicklung

* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung technischer und organisatorischer Prozesse

Der Bruttomonatslohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 4.000,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
