Pädagogik stehen bei uns täglich im Mittelpunkt. Ein liebevoller, respektvoller und

verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit unseren Kindern in unserer Kleinkindgemeinschaft,

Kinderhaus, Hort und Schule sowie miteinander zeichnet unser Montessori Haus aus. Unsere

PädagogInnen arbeiten nach dem Konzept von Maria Montessori und begleiten die Kinder auf

dem Weg zu selbstbestimmten und friedvollen Menschen. Das Montessori Haus St. Johann in

Tirol wird seit knapp 30 Jahren erfolgreich vom Elternverein geführt. 1 Hortpädagogin / Hortpädagoge mit Leitungsfunktion // für 30 Wochenstunden //

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Pädagogische, organisatorische und administrative Leitung unserer alterserweiterten Hortgruppe mit Kindern von 4 bis 12 Jahren

* Einfühlsame Begleitung der Kinder und Gestaltung abwechslungsreicher Freizeitangebote

* Führung des Hortteams und Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den anderen pädagogischen Bereichen

* Planung und Organisation der Sommerbetreuung für Schulkinder

* Beobachtung, schriftliche Planung, Dokumentation und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit

* Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten sowie Mitgestaltung von Veranstaltungen

* Gestaltung der vorbereiteten Umgebung, Umsetzung unseres Kinderschutzkonzepts und Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Qualität

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Eine abgeschlossene, für den Hortbereich in Tirol anerkannte pädagogische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel Elementarpädagogik mit Zusatzausbildung Hortpädagogik

* Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als pädagogische Fachkraft im Hortbereich; Leitungserfahrung ist von Vorteil

* Einen Lehrgang in Führungsmanagement für Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen oder die Bereitschaft, diesen innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist nachzuholen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und einen liebevollen, respektvollen Umgang

* Identifikation mit der Montessori-Pädagogik; eine entsprechende Zusatzausbildung ist von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit, wertschätzende Kommunikation und sichere Office-Kenntnisse

Entlohnung

Entlohnung nach dem Mindestlohntarif für private Kinderbildungseinrichtungen und Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen:

ab 3.237,00 Euro brutto monatlich bei mindestens drei anrechenbaren Berufsjahren und 40 Wochenstunden,

zuzüglich Leitungszulage für eine Gruppe (Stand 2026). Bei Teilzeit wird das Grundgehalt aliquotiert; die Leitungszulage gebührt in voller Höhe.

Anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten erhöhen die Einstufung entsprechend dem Tarif.
