Sicherheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle - als Sicherheitsfachkraft sorgen Sie für sichere Arbeitsbedingungen am Standort Leoben und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und GesundheitsschutzesÜberwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorschriften im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit

* Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Unfallverhütung

* Organisation und Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Sicherheit

* Überprüfung und Optimierung sicherheitstechnischer Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe in der Produktion

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Betriebsanweisungen und Notfallplänen

* Mitwirkung bei Unfallanalysen und Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben

* Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL, Uni, FH,...)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Kenntnisse der relevanten Arbeitsschutzgesetze und Normen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
