Hygiene schafft Sicherheit - für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ebenso wie für unsere Mitarbeitenden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte

Hygienefachkraft (m/w/d), die unsere Pflegeeinrichtungen standortübergreifend betreut und unser Hygienemanagement weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einheitlicher Hygienestandards in unseren Pflegeheimen

* Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Hygiene-, Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsplänen

* Regelmäßige Hygienebegehungen, Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Überprüfung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen

* Fachliche Beratung der Heim- und Pflegedienstleitungen sowie der Mitarbeitenden in Pflege, Reinigung, Küche und Haustechnik

* Organisation und Durchführung praxisnaher Schulungen

* Mitwirkung bei der Infektionsprävention und beim Ausbruchsmanagement

* Vorbereitung und Begleitung behördlicher Kontrollen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachstellen

Ihre Qualifikationen und Stärken

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie abgeschlossene Zusatzqualifikation als Hygienefachkraft

* Erfahrung im Hygienemanagement, vorzugsweise in Pflegeheimen oder vergleichbaren Gesundheitseinrichtungen

* Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen verständlich zu vermitteln und praxistauglich umzusetzen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres, wertschätzendes Auftreten

* Reisebereitschaft für die Betreuung unserer Standorte und Führerschein Klasse B

Die Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag:

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttogehalt beträgt € 3.346,46 auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Stunden pro Woche). Zusätzlich wird eine fixe Überzahlung in Höhe von € 300,00 brutto gewährt. Darüber hinaus können variable Zuschläge anfallen.

Facheinschlägige sowie nicht facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß Kollektivvertrag berücksichtigt (Anrechnung bis zu 10 Dienstjahren).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung im persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.
