Akquise von Immobilien (Wohnungen, Häuser, Grundstücke, Anlageobjekte) und Beratung von Eigentümer:innen

Bewertung, Aufbereitung und Vermarktung (Exposé, Fotos, Online-Portale, Social Media)

Besichtigungen sowie Betreuung von Kaufinteressent:innen und Mieter:innen

Begleitung bis zum Abschluss und zur Übergabe, gemeinsam mit Notar:in, Bank und Hausverwaltung

Aufbau und Pflege deines eigenen Netzwerks in Graz

Dein Profil

Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler:in oder Vertriebserfahrung (z. B. Bank, Versicherung, Bauträger, Handel) und Lust auf Immobilien

Befähigungsprüfung bzw. ÖVI-/WIFI-Lehrgang von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Kommunikationsstärke, Abschlussorientierung und Eigenmotivation

Sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen

Führerschein B und eigener PKW, gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten

- flexibles Modell, individuell im Gespräch vereinbart

Option A - Anstellung in Vollzeit (38 Wochenstunden) - Fixum 800 € brutto/Monat (12× jährlich) - 40 % Beteiligung an der Netto-Provision aus deinen Geschäftsabschlüssen - Kilometergeld nach amtlichem Satz (0,50 €/km) für dienstliche Fahrten bis 1.000 km/Monat, also bis zu 500 €/Monat (Abrechnung über Fahrtenbuch, das zu führen ist)

Option B - Selbstständige Zusammenarbeit - Zusammenarbeit auf Provisionsbasis. Gewerbliche Voraussetzungen und Konditionen klären wir gemeinsam.

Außerdem: fundierte Einarbeitung, persönliche Begleitung durch den Teamleiter und ein kleines, motiviertes Team.

Entgeltangabe gemäß § 9 GlBG: Für angestellte Immobilienmakler:innen mit provisionsabhängiger Entlohnung gilt kein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt (KV Immobilienverwalter, § 2 Abs. 2 lit. a). Als Mindestgrundlage für die Gehaltsverhandlung gilt bei Vollzeit (38 h) ein Fixum von 800 € brutto/Monat (12× jährlich) zuzüglich 40 % Provisionsbeteiligung. Wir sind bereit, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation zu überzahlen. Das Kilometergeld kommt zusätzlich dazu.
