Gemeinsam Kinder und Jugendliche stärken - wir suchen dich für eine 1 IN-Betreuung - Sozialpädagogik zu Hause einer Jugendlichen mit Anorexia nervosa"

in ganz Niederösterreich (26 - 37 Wochenstunden)

Die Jugendliche soll im privaten Umfeld einer Mitarbeiterin oder eines Mitarbeiters aufgenommen werden, um Stabilität und Geborgenheit zu erhalten. Sie befindet sich in einer prekären Lebenssituation und benötigt ein verlässliches, strukturiertes und emotional tragfähiges Lebensumfeld. Aktuell zeigen sich eine diagnostizierte Anorexia nervosa sowie herausfordernde Verhaltensweisen (z.B. Weglauftendenzen, fehlende Kooperationsbereitschaft), weshalb eine besonders professionelle Begleitung notwendig ist.

* Entwicklung einer tragfähigen und professionellen (Arbeits-)Beziehung mit der Jugendlichen

* Förderung und Stabilisierung der psychischen und physischen Gesundheit der Jugendlichen

* Erarbeitung einer Perspektive im Hinblick auf Selbstständigkeit und sozialer Integration

* Begleitung der Jugendlichen auf ihrem Lebensweg und Auseinandersetzung mit ihrer Entwicklung

* Aktive Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit mit der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe

Für dein Engagement bieten wir eine faire Vergütung nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 8 (mind. € 3.348,90 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen. Das Anstellungsausmaß ist abhängig von Betreuungsintensität sowie den zusätzlichen Aufwänden und bewegt sich in einem Rahmen von 26 (bis 34 Wochenstunden - bei Geschwistern).
