Deine Rolle

Haupttätigkeiten

* Administrative Aufgaben: Allgemeine Unterstützung des Emerging Talent Teams in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Rekruitierungsprozess

* Stellenausschreibungen: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Stellenausschreibungen

* Bewerbungsscreening: Durchführung des Pre-Screenings eingehender Bewerbungen von Studierenden und Schüler*innen

* Vertragsprozess: Unterstützung bei der Angebotslegung und der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen

* Ansprechpartner: Funktion als Ansprechpartner*in für Bewerber*innen und New Hires

* Organisation: Planung und Organisation des ersten Arbeitstages neuer Mitarbeiter*innen

* Betriebsbesuche: Organisation und Durchführung von Betriebsbesuchen (z.B. für Universitäten und Schulen)

Beschäftigungsart: Befristet / Teilzeit (Flexible Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 06:00 und 19:00 Uhr)

Dauer: mind. 12 Monate

Dein Profil

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Ausbildung: Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Digital Business Management oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs

* Genauigkeit: Hohe Sorgfalt und eine präzise Arbeitsweise

* Verschwiegenheit: Vertraulicher Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen und Daten

* Kommunikativ: Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Technische Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

* Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
