* Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung unserer Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen

* Fehlersuche, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Produktionsanlagen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsabteilungen bei technischen Fragestellungen

* Konstruktion von Greifersystemen, Vorrichtungen und Kleinautomatisierungslösungen

* Kalkulation und Fertigung von Greifersystemen, Vorrichtungen und Kleinautomatisierungen

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten in den Bereichen Produktion, Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik

* Aktive Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von KVP-Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

* Betreuung unserer 3D-Druck-Anlagen

* Erstellung und laufende Pflege von Wartungsdokumentationen

* Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen

* Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Pflege der zugehörigen Daten und Bestände

Fachliche Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, z. B. Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL

* Fundiertes Fachwissen im Maschinenbau

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich 3D-CAD und Baugruppenmodellierung, idealerweise mit SolidWorks

* Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Hydraulik

* Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung

* Systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei technischen Aufgabenstellungen

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten:

Gehalt: Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives Monatsgehalt ab € 3300,00, abhängig von Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Bei entsprechender Erfahrung und zusätzlichem Know-how ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
