Wir suchen 1 IT-Collaboration-Fachexpert:in 85% Als IT-Collaboration-Expert:in begleiten Sie die weitere Digitalisierung in der Raiffeisen-Gruppe und sorgen dafür, dass Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint und mobile Lösungen im Arbeitsalltag verlässlich funktionieren und weiterentwickelt werden. Sie unterstützen Anwender:innen bei Fragen und technischen Problemen und beraten Abteilungen zu ihren Anforderungen und passenden Einsatzmöglichkeiten der M365-Produktpalette. So verbinden Sie Anwendersupport und Beratung mit laufendem Betrieb und Projektmitarbeit.

Was Sie erwartet

* Betreuung von M365-Anwendertools sowie Second-Level-Support für M365, Outlook, Office365 und spezifische M365-Anwendungen

* Beratung von Abteilungen und Anwender:innen zu Anforderungen rund um M365, Outlook, SharePoint und spezifische M365-Anwendungen sowie praxisnahe Anwenderschulung

* Eigenständige Umsetzung erarbeiteter Anforderungen mit Power Automate

* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von M365, Outlook, SharePoint und Office365

* Mitarbeit in übergreifenden Fach- und Abstimmungsrunden sowie bei Projekten der Raiffeisen-Gruppe rund um Microsoft 365 und digitale Zusammenarbeit

Was Sie mitbringen

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Supporterfahrung mit Einzel-PCs, idealerweise als Collaboration-Verantwortliche:r

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in M365, Outlook, Office365, SharePoint und Windows-Betriebssystemen

* Active Directory, IT-Security und Projektmanagement

* Kenntnisse in Powershell, MS Power Automate oder MS Power Apps von Vorteil
