Als Teil unseres Inhouse-IT-Teams bist du im internen Service-Desk erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen bei technischen Fragen, Problemen und Anliegen. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass Hard- und Software zuverlässig funktionieren und deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bestens arbeiten können. Darüber hinaus hast du innerhalb der Abteilung vielfältige Möglichkeiten, dein Aufgabengebiet zu erweitern und an spannenden Projekten zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Betreuung der internen IT-Infrastruktur (Soft- und Hardwareinstallationen, Fehlerbehebungen)

* Support bei technischen Fragen (am Telefon, per Ticketsystem oder Fernwartung)

* Troubleshooting

* Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Lehre bzw. HTL-Matura/-Fachschule oder eine ähnliche IT-technische Ausbildung

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse: Netzwerk-Know-how, gängige Betriebssysteme & Microsoft-Produkte

* Erfahrung als Systemadministrator/in ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz

Wir bieten ein faires Jahresbruttogehalt, das sich auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung zwischen € 35.658,- und € 44.170,- bewegt. Je nach Erfahrung und Kompetenzen ist auch eine Überzahlung über diese Gehaltsspanne hinaus möglich.
