Wir sind eine familiengeführte Unternehmensgruppe aus Tirol und bieten Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Immobilien, Tourismus und Industrie einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz an unseren Standorten im Alpenraum. Wir verstärken unser erfolgreiches Team in Hopfgarten im Brixental.

Wir suchen ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung 1 IT Leitung (m/w/d) Deine neue Herausforderung!

* Koordination von IT-Projekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur

* First und Second-Level-Support im Client-, Server- und Netzwerkbereich

* Implementierung und Administration von Soft- und Hardware für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche

* Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung der IT-Security

* Führung eines 4-köpfigen IT-Teams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen und Koordination mit anderen Unternehmen der PLETZER Gruppe

Du passt zu uns, weil...

* du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich hast (z.B. Lehre, HTL oder Studium)

* du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT sowie in der Führung von Teams verfügst

* du fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Service Desk, Microsoft-/Windows-Administration, Netzwerk sowie Communication & Collaboration mitbringst

* du ein:e Teamplayer:in mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke bist
