Ihre Aufgaben... * Lead the end-to-end delivery of digitalization and AI projects, from initial scoping and requirements alignment through planning, implementation, rollout, stabilization and operational handover * Translate business needs into actionable IT project scope, requirements and solution documents together with Business Owners, key users, architects and technical experts * Manage IT project planning, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, resources and suppliers, and align stakeholders across plants, engineering locations and central functions * Work closely with the Business Project Manager and Business Owner on priorities, milestones, and dependencies * Coordinate and manage external suppliers and implementation partners * Coordinate technical implementation activities, pilot executions, productive deployments and multi-site rollouts * Support Digitalization & AI strategy * Contribute to continuous improvement of our IT project delivery practices and support a collaborative digital mindset across the organizationUnsere Anforderungen... * Master's or bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Computer Science, Informatics or comparable studies * 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience including responsibility for complex IT, digitalization, data, AI or enterprise-software projects * Experience with agile, hybrid and/or traditional project-management approaches * Practical experience with Jira/Confluence and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are an advantage * Working understanding of relevant technologies in the area of AI/ML, digital twins, smart factory, manufacturing IT, data analytics, cloud and enterprise integration * Strong communication skills in German and English * Project Management Skills and experience with process optimization and change management * Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex delivery topics * Readiness for occasional regional travel in Europe and international travel when required (app. 5-10%)Unser Angebot... * Individuelle fachbezogene Aus- und Weiterbildungen * Flache Hierarchien, kurze Entscheidungswege und Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe * Ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima in einer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe * Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Mitarbeiter:innenparkplätze sowie gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen * Regelmäßige Mitarbeiter:innen-Events * Die Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung und -entwicklung der eigenen Karriere im UnternehmenMindestgehaltThe gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 3.802,93 (14 x p.a.) for this position.
