Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams: 1 IT-Systemadministration mit Microsoft-Schwerpunkt und mehr Als Teil eines 3-köpfigen Teams sicherst du den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb der IT-Systemlandschaft. Du verbindest IT-Systemadministration und Anwendersupport mit der Betreuung von Microsoft, Telefonie, ausgewählten Unternehmensanwendungen sowie externen IT-Partnern.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Betrieb und Betreuung der Microsoft-Infrastruktur, Windows-Server und IT-Security

* Helpdesk (1st und 2nd Level-Support) für Mitarbeitende und Standorte in Mitteleuropa

* Technische Unterstützung für ERP-/DMS-/PIM-Systeme

* Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Systemen, Zugängen, Änderungen, Zuständigkeiten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

* Umfangreiche Erfahrung und hohe Affinität mit Produkten von Microsoft (zB. ActiveDirectory, Exchange, SharePoint, Hyper-V)

* Erfahrung mit VMware und Veeam erwünscht

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen/DMS/PIM von Vorteil

* Hands-on Mentalität und selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ruhige Persönlichkeit, die auch bei Störungen klar kommuniziert

* Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen

* Bereitschaft, Wissen zu dokumentieren und im Team zu teilen

* Teamgeist und Persönlichkeit sind uns mindestens genauso wichtig wie die perfekte fachliche Passung!
