Du bist ein IT-Allrounder, packst Themen selbstständig an und findest auch dann eine Lösung, wenn es technisch knifflig wird? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Hier gestaltest du mit:

* Du betreust unsere IT-Infrastruktur sowie Server, Clients und Netzwerke.

* Du administrierst unsere Microsoft-Umgebung, Virtualisierung und Firewall.

* Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen selbstständig und unterstützt unsere Anwender:innen im IT-Alltag.

* Du betreust und unterstützt SAP Business One.

* Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im laufenden IT-Betrieb.

* Du erkennst Handlungsbedarf, greifst Themen eigenständig auf und setzt Verbesserungen aktiv um.

Das macht dich aus:

* Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechende einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WLAN, VLAN), Microsoft Server-/Client-Umgebungen und Virtualisierung

* Kenntnisse in SAP Business One

* Kenntnisse in Datenbanken und SQL von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Freude am direkten Anwendersupport

* Deutschkenntnisse B2 erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil sowie Führerschein B
