Das ist zukünftig dein Job

* Zentrale Kontaktperson im IT-Helpdesk für Mitarbeitende bei technischen Anliegen und Störungsmeldungen (First-Level-Support)

* Erfassung, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets im Ticketsystem

* Bereitstellung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen: Einrichtung von PCs, Laptops, mobilen Endgeräten und Telefonie

* Administration von Usern und Zugriffsrechten in Systemen wie Active Directory und Microsoft 365

* Support für Standardsoftware und unternehmensspezifische Anwendungen im Tagesgeschäft

* Identifikation und Behebung von IT-Störungen im Bereich Hardware und Software

* Koordination mit Second-Level-Support und externen IT-Dienstleistern bei komplexeren technischen Themen

* Mitwirkung bei IT-Rollouts, Systemeinführungen und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Lehre IT, HTL Informatik)

* 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder Service Desk

* Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien wie Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und Active Directory

* Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN) sowie Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen

* Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Spezialisierung, Zertifizierungen)

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau)
