Du möchtest etwas bewegen und gemeinsam mit uns wachsen? Dann starte bei uns als: 1 Junior Digital Operations Manager (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Du betreust unsere digitalen Systeme im Restaurant, von der Kassa bis zum Self-Order-Terminal, und lernst unsere Systemlandschaft Schritt für Schritt kennen.

* Bei Systemfragen oder Problemen unterstützt du unsere Restaurants bei der Lösungsfindung und arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen.

* Du schaust dir bestehende Abläufe genau an und bringst deine Ideen für digitale Verbesserungen und einfachere Prozesse ein.

* Wenn Unterstützung vor Ort gefragt ist, bist du auch direkt in unseren Restaurants im Einsatz.

* Du kümmerst dich um Systemanpassungen und Aktualisierungen und bringst dafür die nötige zeitliche Flexibilität mit.

* Du arbeitest aktiv an Digitalisierungsprojekten mit und begleitest neue Lösungen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

* Gemeinsam mit dem Operations Lead und weiteren Schnittstellen wirkst du bei der Umsetzung neuer digitaler Lösungen und globaler Vorgaben für den österreichischen Markt mit.

Dein Profil:

* Du hast eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL) abgeschlossen oder studierst in einem passenden Bereich.

* Du begeisterst dich für digitale Technologien und hast Freude daran, neue Lösungen auszuprobieren.

* Erste Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss - wichtiger sind uns deine Motivation und dein Interesse.

* Du denkst lösungsorientiert, erkennst Zusammenhänge und hast Spaß daran, Abläufe zu verbessern.

* Du bist ein_e Teamplayer_in, packst gerne selbst mit an und gehst offen auf Menschen zu.

* Du kommunizierst klar, trittst sicher auf und bringst der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

* Du hast einen Führerschein B und bist gerne auch direkt in unseren Restaurants unterwegs
