Dein Job, du...

* bist gemeinsam mit dem Compliance-Team Ansprechpartner:in für Fragen in Zusammenhang mit Compliance-Themen, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Auslegung und praktischen Anwendung der im Code of Conduct festgelegten Verhaltensregeln.

* unterstützt bei der Analyse von Compliance-relevanten Sachverhalten und bei der Prävention sowie der Früherkennung von Compliance-Verstößen.

* wirkst bei der Sensibilisierung für Compliance-relevante Themen und bei Compliance-Schulungen mit.

* dokumentierst Vorgänge in internen Datenbanken, führst Rechtsrecherchen durch und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten.

* bist Ansprechpartner:in für Rechnungshofagenden im Teilkonzern INFRA, einerseits für den Rechnungshof (RH), andererseits für das Management und die Führungskräfte im Teilkonzern INFRA.

* koordinierst und betreust Rechnungshofprüfungen im Teilkonzern INFRA.

* bereitest Rechnungshofprüfungen vor/nach und überwachst die Umsetzung der Empfehlungen.

* unterstützt den:die Stabsleiter:in und den:die Compliance Officer bei allen Rechnungshofangelegenheiten, insbesondere der Analyse von RH-Berichten, organisatorischen Abwicklung von RH-Prüfungen, bei Anfragen des Rechnungshofs, beim Monitoring von Empfehlungen und bei der Berichterstattung an Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat.

Dein Profil, du...

* hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht.

* verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen und idealerweise auch vergabe- oder strafrechtliche Kenntnisse.

* interessierst dich für rechtliche Fragestellungen und Compliance-Themen.

* überzeugst durch absolute Integrität und Diskretion, Loyalität sowie Belastbarkeit.

* besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte rasch erfassen.

* hast Kenntnisse hinsichtlich juristischer Rechercheplattformen und Rechtsdatenbanken, arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen sowie Fragestellungen ein und handelst strukturiert, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst.

* kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen.

* bist bereit gelegentlich auf Dienstreisen zu fahren.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Junior Spezialist:in Compliance" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 50.486,94 brutto/Jahr bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
