* Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse laufend verbessern können.

* Gemeinsam mit dem Operations-Lead und anderen Fachbereichen arbeitest du daran, unsere Produkte hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Produktivität weiterzuentwickeln..

* Bei Produkt-Promotions und operativen Projekten wirkst du aktiv an der Planung und Umsetzung mit.

* Für definierte operative Prozesse und Abläufe bist du Ansprechperson für unsere Restaurants und internen Schnittstellen.

* Du unterstützt unsere Area Manager bei markenspezifischen Operations-Themen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen an praktikablen Lösungen für den Restaurantalltag.

* Du begleitest unsere Burger King Franchisenehmer bei operativen Fragestellungen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung unserer Standards und Prozesse.

* Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung globaler operativer Vorgaben für den österreichischen Markt mit und unterstützt dabei, diese erfolgreich in die Praxis zu bringen.

Dein Profil:

* Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie gesammelt - Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie ist ein Plus.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. eine Lehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Du arbeitest gerne hands-on, packst mit an und behältst auch im operativen Alltag den Überblick.

* Du denkst gerne in Abläufen und Lösungen und hast Freude daran, Dinge einfacher und besser zu machen.

* Du bist ein_e Teamplayer_in, kommunizierst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und trittst professionell auf.

* Mit MS Office (Word, Excel und PowerPoint) kannst du gut umgehen.

* Du verfügst über der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

* Du hast einen Führerschein B und bist bereit, für deine Tätigkeit auch unsere Standorte zu besuchen.
