Vergütung: ab 3.200,00 € mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

Das erwartet dich

* Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail im Ticketsystem

* Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von Supportfällen sowie Koordination komplexerer Themen mit erfahrenen Kollegen und Fachabteilungen

* Kontinuierlicher Aufbau von Produkt- und Systemwissen mit schrittweiser Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres technischen Supports, Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, technischen Leitfäden und Produktinformationen

* Unterstützung beim Testen von Anlagen-Firmware und App-Software sowie bei der Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld von Vorteil, ambitionierte Berufseinsteiger und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen

* Interesse an technischen Produkten sowie Freude an der Lösung technischer Fragestellungen

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Netzwerkgrundlagen von Vorteil
