Ab sofort: 25 bis 37 Wochenstunden

Montag - Freitag zwischen 07:00 bis ca.15:00 Uhr manchmal auch am Abend

Die Entlohnung laut SWÖ-KV für 37 Stunden Vollzeitanstellung, erfolgt ab € 3.074,80 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von der Berufserfahrung und anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten (maximal 10 Jahre).

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gesamtleitung & Organisation: Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des gesamten Küchenteams sowie eine vorausschauende Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung.

* Wirtschaftliches Management: Budgetverantwortung für den Küchenbereich, Kalkulation des Wareneinsatzes, Einkauf sowie Verhandlungsführung mit Lieferanten.

* Menüplanung & Logistik: Wirtschaftliche und abwechslungsreiche Gestaltung der Speisepläne für das Wohnheim sowie für die externe Belieferung von Schulen und Firmen.

* Organisation und Überwachung des termingerechten Versands der Speisen an die Schulen und Firmen.

* Überwachung des Wareneinsatzes (Food Cost) und Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Küchenbudgets, regelmäßige Durchführung von Lagerbestandsaufnahmen und Pflege der Küchensoftware, Dokumentation und administrative Abwicklungen.

* Qualität & Hygiene: Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie die strikte Einhaltung und Dokumentation der HACCP-Richtlinien.

Ihr Profil:

* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin. Idealerweise bringen Sie eine Weiterbildung zum Küchenmeister_in, diätetisch geschulten Koch/Köchin oder Betriebswirt_in für Ernährungs- und Verpflegungsmanagement mit.

* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position (z. B. als Küchenleiter_in oder stellvertretender Küchenleiter_in) in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung (Care, Mensa oder Catering).

* Pluspunkt: Erfahrung mit der Logistik und Belieferung von Außenstellen ist ein großer Vorteil.

* Persönlichkeit: Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsgeschick, wirtschaftliches Denken sowie einen wertschätzenden und motivierenden Führungsstil aus.
