Aktuell suchen wir 1 Key-Account-Manager/in Arbeitsort: I Vollzeit I 4.500.- €

Als Key Account Manager_in Gastronomie betreuen und entwickeln Sie unsere strategisch wichtigen Großkund_innen wie Hotelketten, Einkaufskooperationen und Unternehmen der Systemgastronomie und stärken damit nachhaltig die Präsenz unserer Marken im Außer-Haus-Markt.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Key Accounts in der Gastronomie, insbesondere Hotelketten, Einkaufskooperationen und Systemgastronomie

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung individueller Kund_innen- und Jahrespläne mit klaren Zielen hinsichtlich Absatz, Umsatz, Profitabilität und Distribution

* Eigenständige Führung von Konditions-, Listungs- und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen sowie Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenvereinbarungen

* Planung und Steuerung von Sortimentslistungen, Neueinführungen und Aktivierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Schanktechnik, Logistik und weiteren Fachbereichen

* Laufende Steuerung von Pipeline, Forecast und Kund_innenprofitabilität sowie Beobachtung relevanter Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen

Ihr Profil

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Getränke- oder FMCG-Branche

* Fundierte Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Großkund_innen sowie in Konditions-, Vertrags- und Jahresgesprächen

* Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Absatz-, Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrags- und Forecast-Zahlen

* Verhandlungsstarke, souveräne Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken, Abschlussorientierung und Gespür für langfristige Kundenbeziehungen

* Strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise, sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Excel sowie Führerschein B und entsprechende Reisebereitschaft

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stundenwoche, Gleitzeit
