Die Frauen- und Familienberatungsstelle Neusiedl am See sucht ab 11. Jänner 2027 1 Klinische Psychologin bzw. Gesundheitspsychologin für eine befristete Karenzvertretung bis voraussichtlich November 2028.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Psychologische Beratung und Begleitung von Frauen und Mädchen in der Frauenservicestelle und in der Frauenberatungsstelle bei sexueller Gewalt

* Regionalverantwortung für das Frauengesundheitsprojekts FEMININA (Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops und Vorträgen)

* Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartner: innen und regionalen Einrichtungen

* Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Teamsupervisionen und Teamklausuren

* Dokumentation und administrative Tätigkeiten im Beratungsbereich

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Klinischen Psychologin und/oder Gesundheitspsychologin

* Eintragung in die entsprechende Liste des Bundesministeriums

* Erfahrung in der psychosozialen/psychologischen Beratung von Frauen und Mädchen

* Feministische Grundhaltung sowie Interesse an frauenpolitischen und gesellschaftlich relevanten Frauenthemen

* Hohes Maß an Empathie, Wertschätzung und Parteilichkeit im Sinne der Arbeit mit Frauen und Mädchen

* Sensibilität für die Themen Gewalt gegen Frauen und Mädchen und sexualisierte Gewalt

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

Wir bieten
