Aufgaben:

oselbstständige Speisenzubereitung und -portionierung nach den aktuellen ernährungswissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen

ofallweise Vertretung der Küchenleitung bei dessen Abwesenheit (Lebensmitteleinkauf, Erstellung Speiseplan, Kontrolle Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Mitarbeiterführung und -anleitung, udgl.)

oVerrichtung auch von Arbeiten des Küchenhilfsdienstes, wenn dies der Arbeitsablauf erfordert

besondere und unbedingt zu erfüllende Aufnahmevoraussetzungen:

oLehrabschluss als Koch/Köchin

erwünschte Voraussetzungen:

omehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Koch/Köchin in Mittel- oder Großküchen

oeinschlägige Erfahrung bei der Zubereitung spezieller geriatrischer Kostformen

oZusatzausbildung zur/zum diätetisch geschulten Koch/Köchin

oZusatzausbildung zur/zum geriatrisch geschulten Koch/Köchin

oorganisatorische Fähigkeiten und wirtschaftliches Denken

oKenntnisse über die HACCP-Hygienerichtlinien und Sicherheitsvorschriften

ogute Umgangsformen, Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung, Selbstständigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität, körperliche Belastbarkeit

ogute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Windows und MS-Office)

oBereitschaft zur Teamarbeit und zu eventuellen Mehrdienstleistungen

oWohnort im Nahebereich des geplanten Einsatzortes

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Koch/Köchin beträgt 2.698,20 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
