Für unser Lokal Shako Maako im 1. Wiener Gemeindebezirk suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit fundierten Kenntnissen der libanesischen bzw. levantinischen Küche.

Unser kulinarischer Schwerpunkt liegt auf frisch zubereiteten orientalischen Spezialitäten, traditionellen Mezze und Street-Food-Gerichten. Wir legen großen Wert auf frische Zutaten, authentische Gewürze und die eigenständige Zubereitung unserer Speisen. 1 Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) - Libanesische Küche / Oriental Street Food Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Zubereitung und Präsentation libanesischer und levantinischer Spezialitäten

* Herstellung und Verarbeitung von traditionellen Speisen wie Falafel, Kibbeh, Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Taboulé und Muhammara

* Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Fleischgerichten, insbesondere Shawarma und orientalischen Grillspießen

* Herstellung von hausgemachten Saucen, Dips, Marinaden und Beilagen

* Fachgerechte Verarbeitung von frischen Lebensmitteln und Zutaten

* Anrichten und Zusammenstellen der Speisen sowie deren Ausgabe an die Gäste

* Direkter Kund_innenkontakt, Beratung der Gäste und Unterstützung beim Verkauf der Speisen

* Sicherstellung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Organisation und Vorbereitung der täglichen Küchenabläufe

Ihr Profil:

* Berufserfahrung als Koch/Köchin, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf libanesischer, arabischer oder levantinischer Küche

* Kenntnisse der traditionellen orientalischen Küche und deren Zubereitungsarten

* Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Mezze, Falafel, Shawarma und weiteren orientalischen Spezialitäten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen sowie am direkten Kundenkontakt

* Freundliches Auftreten und serviceorientiertes Verhalten

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung mit Gästen und im Team
