Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Telefonischer und persönlicher Kontakt mit Klienten:innen, Betreuer:innen und Angehörigen

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Büro

* Betreuung von rund 100 Personen gemeinsam mit dem Team

* Koordination und Organisation von Personaleinsätzen

Dein Profil:

* Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung oder Disposition im Sozialbereich ist von Vorteil

* Eine flexible, belastbare, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Ein selbständiger, organisierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Freude an der Arbeit mit und für Menschen

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
