Du bist das Gesicht unserer Filiale.

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden:Kundinnen in der Filiale.

* Du unterstützt bei Service, Online-Banking und digitalen Banklösungen.

* Du erkennst Kunden:Kundinnenbedürfnisse und findest gemeinsam mit unseren Berater:innen die passende Lösung.

* Du sprichst Kunden:Kundinnen aktiv an und vereinbarst Beratungstermine.

* Du sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für ein positives Filialerlebnis.

Vor allem: Freude an Menschen.

* Offenheit, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

* Interesse an Banken, Finanzen und digitalen Lösungen

* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Service, Verkauf oder Kundenkontakt:Kundinnenkontakt ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Das erwartet dich bei der Volksbank Steiermark

* Einschulung & Ausbildung: Strukturierte Einschulung und Ausbildung über die Volksbank Akademie

* Arbeitszeit: 25 - 32 Stunden/Woche, verteilt auf Montag bis Freitag:

** Montag: 08:00-12:15 13:45-16:30

** Dienstag: 08:00-12:15 13:45-16:15

** Mittwoch: 08:00-12:15

** Donnerstag: 08:00-12:15 13:45-16:30

** Freitag: 08:00-12:15 13:45-16:30

(bei 25 Stunden/Woche erfolgt die Verteilung der Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung)

Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für die Angestellten der gewerblichen Kreditgenossenschaften ab € 37.102,66 Jahresbrutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Für die tatsächliche Höhe deines Gehalts berücksichtigen wir deine Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung.

Die Position ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet. Im Anschluss wird eine weitere Zusammenarbeit geprüft.
