Standort: MömaX Zentrallager Wien 12 Breitenfurterstraße 43-49, 1120 Wien

Aufgaben

* Sie erledigen Kundenanliegen vorwiegend telefonisch und dokumentieren jene

* Sie kontrollieren die Liefereinhaltung, seitens der Lieferanten

* Sie sind für eine anständig und sorgfältige Listenbearbeitung zuständig

* Sie arbeiten selbstständig und lösungsorientiert

* Sie tragen die Verantwortung für eine kompetente Betreuung unserer Kunden und agieren als Schnittstelle

Qualifikationen

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Freude an aktiver Kundenkommunikation

* Sie haben im Idealfall bereits ein paar Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kundenservice/Kundenkontakt

* Erste Berührungen mit unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem SHD vom Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Sie bringen eine Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit

* Hohes Service- und Qualitätsbewusstsein mit starker Lösungsorientierung
