Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir: 2 Leitung Ambulantes Wohnen (m/w/x)

Für die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unserer beiden ambulanten Teams an den Standorten Dornbirn und Götzis suchen wir eine erfahrene und motivierte Leitung (m/w/x) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 32 Std./Woche).

Was sind meine Aufgaben?

Verantwortung für die fachlich qualitätsvolle Erbringung und Weiterentwicklung unserer wohnbezogenen Leistungen auf Grundlage unseres Leitbildes, unserer strategischen Ausrichtung sowie unserer fachlichen Konzepte

Führung der beiden ambulant aufsuchenden Teams an den Standorten Dornbirn und Götzis sowie Übernahme der personellen, organisatorischen und fachlichen Verantwortung

Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der personenzentrierten Unterstützung unserer Klient*innen in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld

Begleitung von Menschen im Alltag, Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung ihrer Lebensperspektiven sowie Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit und der Erweiterung ihrer individuellen Kompetenzen

Ansprechperson für Angehörige und Erwachsenenvertreterinnen sowie Pflege einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kooperationspartnerinnen, Ämtern und Behörden

Was bringe ich mit?

Berufserfahrung, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialbetreuer*in sowie bereits gesammelte Führungserfahrung

Eine offene Art und die Fähigkeit, auf Menschen zuzugehen, verbunden mit Freude an Kommunikation und Vernetzung

Führungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
