Inncomer Apartments betreibt derzeit drei Apartmenthotels in Tirol. Im Dezember 2026 eröffnen wir unser viertes Haus, zwei weitere Hotelanlagen folgen im Jahr 2027.

Mit unserem kontinuierlichen Wachstum möchten wir auch unsere technische Betreuung weiterentwickeln. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unsere Haustechnik eigenverantwortlich organisiert, unser bestehendes Team führt und gleichzeitig selbst tatkräftig mitarbeitet. 1 Leitung Haustechnik & Instandhaltung (m/w/d) Vollzeit (40 Stunden) Ganzjahresstelle Tirol

Deine Aufgaben

* Führung & Personalorganisation: Leitung unseres bestehenden Hausmeisterteams sowie künftig weiterer Mitarbeiter im Bereich Haustechnik. Eigenständige Erstellung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung, einschließlich der Organisation von Wochenenddiensten und Rufbereitschaften in den Hochsaisonen.

* Technische Betreuung: Standortübergreifende Organisation sämtlicher Hausmeistertätigkeiten wie regelmäßige Kontrollgänge, technische Prüfungen, Grünflächenpflege, Winterdienst und laufende Instandhaltung.

* Wartung & Instandhaltung: Aufbau und Überwachung strukturierter Wartungs- und Prüfintervalle sowie Planung größerer Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere während unserer Wartungsphasen im November.

* Reparaturen & Dienstleister: Eigenständige Durchführung von Reparaturen, Koordination externer Handwerksbetriebe, Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten sowie Abstimmung mit unserer digitalen Gästebetreuung.

* Material & Beschaffung: Organisation der Materialverwaltung, Ersatzteilbeschaffung und notwendigen Nachbestellungen.

* Aktive Mitarbeit: Neben deinen organisatorischen und leitenden Aufgaben arbeitest du selbst im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützt dein Team bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten.

Das bringst du mit

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Haustechnik, Instandhaltung oder technischen Objektbetreuung, idealerweise in der Hotellerie

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und eigenständigen Organisation technischer Arbeitsabläufe

* Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung

* Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an praktischer Mitarbeit

* Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zur standortübergreifenden Tätigkeit
