Soziale Arbeit und Pädagogik. Von mobiler Hauskrankenpflege und mobiler Heimhilfe über

Seniorenpflegeheime bis hin zu Jugendarbeit, Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen und Tageseltern.

Rund 1.300 Mitarbeiter*innen begleiten Menschen aller Generationen im Alltag - kompetent,

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Ausbildung im Bereich Sozialmanagement

* Ausbildung zur Heimleitung von Vorteil; Bereitschaft zur berufsbegleitenden Absolvierung erforderlich

* Fachkenntnisse in Sozialer Altenarbeit und Gerontologie von Vorteil

* Führungserfahrung, hohe Selbstkompetenz und lösungsorientierte Haltung

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der regionalen Vernetzung

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit IT und digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

AUFGABENBEREICH

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung im Bereich Soziale Arbeit & Wohnen in den Hausgemeinschaften in Ramingstein und Mauterndorf

* Umsetzung und Mitentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Regionalleitung und Fachabteilungsleitung

* Planung, Gestaltung und Koordination von psychosozialen Aktivitäten und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Bewohner*innen

* Fachliche Beratung und Unterstützung von Bewohner*innen und Angehörigen bei psychosozialen Anliegen und zu allen Dienstleistungen

* Aktive Koordination und Abstimmung mit den internen Leitungsbereichen Pflege und Küche und der Administration

* Aktive regionale Netzwerkarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern (wie Gemeinden, Ärzten, Behörden und Institutionen) und fachliche Vertretung der Organisation

GEHALTSPROFIL

Die Einstufung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV) je nach Ausbildung in der VWG 6.

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 4.048,06 (VWG 6 inkl. Zulage). Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich aus den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
