Im Rahmen einer Personalvorauswahl, suchen wir für unserer Kunden, einem Produktionsbetrieb im Bezirk Feldkirch,

zum ehestmöglichstem Eintritt bzw. nach Vereinbarung 1 Marketing-Allrounder mit Schwerpunkt Social Media & Personalmarketing (m/w/d) Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, Content und digitale Medien? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Von Social Media über Personalmarketing bis hin zu Foto-, Video- und Webprojekten gestaltest du unseren Markenauftritt aktiv mit und bringst kreative Ideen erfolgreich auf den Weg. Mit deiner offenen Art, deiner Dienstleistermentalität und deinem Gespür für Menschen bist du ein wichtiger Sympathieträger unserer Marke.

Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media Kanäle (Instagram, LinkedIn, Intranet myRondo, ...)

sowie unserer Website

* Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Bild-, Video- und Social-Media-Inhalten

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen und Projekten

* Ideenfindung, Erstellung sowie Bearbeitung von Film- und Fotoaufnahmen

* Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Messen, Recruiting-Veranstaltungen sowie Firmenevents

* Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von B2B-Marketingkampagnen und Kundenbefragungen

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Marketing- und Kommunikationsaufgaben

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediengestaltung

oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Leidenschaft für Social Media, digitale Medien und Employer Branding

* Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office von Vorteil

* Kreatives Gespür für Bilder, Texte und digitale Inhalte

* Freude am Fotografieren und Filmen

* Grafisches Verständnis sowie ein Auge für Design und Gestaltung

* Teamplayer und Hands-on Mentalität

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Erstellung von Marketing- und Social-Media-Inhalten
