Bau mit uns das KI-Telefon für eine ganze Branche.

Wir nehmen Hausverwaltungen die Arbeit ab, die niemand machen will. Kein Corporate-Alltag, keine Hypothesen: über 250 Verwaltungen nutzen unser Produkt jeden Tag. 1 Marketing & Social Media (m/w/d) Unsere Kunden sind Hausverwaltungen, keine Tech-Szene. Wer sie erreicht, muss ihre Sprache sprechen und darf trotzdem Spaß machen. Du übernimmst, wie Cambioo nach außen klingt: auf LinkedIn, im Blog, auf Messen und in Webinaren.

Was du machst

* Du machst LinkedIn zum Kanal, auf dem die Branche uns wahrnimmt: eigene Beiträge, Beiträge für das Gründungsteam, wiedererkennbare Formate

* Du produzierst selbst, von der Idee bis zum Schnitt: kurze Videos, Kundenstimmen, Produkteinblicke

* Du machst aus jedem Messeauftritt Material, von den Verwaltertagen bis zum Partnerfrühstück

* Du betreust Blog und Newsletter und schreibst so, dass eine Verwalterin es in der Pause versteht

* Du misst, was wirkt: Reichweite ist nett, gebuchte Termine sind das Ziel

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Du hast Social Media schon für ein Unternehmen gemacht, B2B ist ein Plus

* Du schreibst sicher auf Deutsch und findest den Ton zwischen seriös und lebendig

* Du schneidest Videos selbst, Tempo ist dir wichtiger als Perfektion

* Du traust dich vor die Kamera oder bringst andere überzeugend davor

* Sehr gutes Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, gutes Englisch

Was wir bieten

* Du gestaltest die Außenwahrnehmung einer Marke, die gerade bekannt wird

Gehalt: Für diese Position bieten wir ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab € 45.000 auf Vollzeitbasis, nach oben offen je nach Erfahrung, bei Teilzeit aliquot. Das liegt über dem anwendbaren Kollektivvertrag.
