Annahme und Bearbeitung von Passanträgen

Prüfung eingereichter Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität

Führung und sorgfältige Pflege des Passregisters

Erstellung von Abrechnungen sowie Führung des Kassabuchs

Durchführung von Rechercheaufgaben im Bereich Staatsbürgerschaftsangelegenheiten

Vorbereitung und Ausstellung von Urkunden

Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Honorarkonsulat

Freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation mit Antragstellenden sowie weiteren Ansprechpartnern

Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r (all genders)

Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, Verwaltung oder in einer Kanzlei oder Behörde

Hohe Genauigkeit und hoher Anspruch an die eigene Arbeitsqualität

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und digitaler Kommunikation

Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C2 Niveau
